Examples of Personal Apostille Services:
1. All documents presented for a California apostille are limited to documents with specific signatures. Make sure that your document has a qualifying signature. Call us if you are unsure (916.475.4658).
2. Our fee is the same for pickup and delivery service whether or not we also notarize your documents. The maximum number of complimentary notarizations is three per document. Four or more per document will require $15 per additional signature.
3. Documents mailed to us that require notarization must be notarized prior to sending.
4. Educational documents such as high school or college diplomas, transcripts, etc., should be notarized by the school. We can obtain this for you for local schools and colleges.
5. If your documents have a different signature on each one, verify whether or not each signature requires a notarization before the apostille legalization. It is the signature chain that is legalized, not the document. We will assist you with this upon document pickup.
6. All documents seeking an apostille should have a certification date within the past 5 years (with a few exceptions). Call us if you are unsure (916.475.4658).
7. If your document is written in a foreign language and needs the US Department of State Authentication (Usually required for non-Hague convention countries), it must be accompanied by an English translation.
We will personally review your documents with you to ensure processing without error or delay during pickup.
