Our services are personalized, and confidential and include embassy or consulate legalization when required. We are a private company with over 7 years of experience, not a state, federal or government agency.

Processing times may vary depending on State, Federal, and/or Embassy legalization turnaround time. We also provide mail-only services if desired. 

1. All documents presented for a California apostille are limited to documents with specific signatures. Make sure that your document has a qualifying signature. Call us if you are unsure (916.475.4658).
 

2. Our fee is the same for mobile pickup and delivery whether or not we also notarize your documents. The maximum number of complimentary notarizations is three per document. Four or more per document will require $15 per additional signature.
 

3. Documents mailed to us that require notarization must be notarized prior to sending.
 

4. If your documents have a different signature on each one, verify whether or not each signature requires a notarization before the apostille legalization. It is the signature chain that is legalized, not the document. We will assist you with this upon document pickup.

5. All documents seeking an apostille should have a certification date within the past 5 years (with a few exceptions).

6. If your document is written in a foreign language and needs the US Department of State Authentication (Usually required for non-Hague convention countries), it must be accompanied by an English translation.
 

During document pickup, we will personally review all of your documents with you to ensure processing without error or delay.

1. We meet with you and/or your Regulatory, Compliance, or Legal team in the convenience of your office, conference room, or other desired location at a time that works for you and/or your team.
2. We review your documents for compliance and answer any questions you may have.
3. We notarize your documents (if needed).
4. We hand-carry your documents to be processed by the applicable governing agency.
5. We pay all processing fees and wait on-site for your documents to be processed.
6. Once your documents have been apostilled, we hand-deliver or ship them to your office in a secure protective pouch with instructions on how to maintain document integrity and authentication.
